Genuine WWII US packboard, 2nd pattern, in shaped plywood; a wide canvas panel laced on the sides cushions the back. This packboard was made by American Seating Co., and is dated 1945. The 2nd type was introduced as a simpler alternative to the Yukon packboard (1st type).
