Nice WWII genuine parachute infantry cap patch on felt, 1st type for officer or enlisted men, white parachute on light blue US made version, worn until 1945 by the hardcore paratroopers. Period photo shows the patch worn in Normandy in June 1944. (see Carentan book volume 2, page 338).
Original WW2 Canadian Army Anti Gas camo cloth helmet cover dated 1942. The gas cover was made of a thin rubberised material. It was commonly worn as a light rain cover and used on D-Day by landing craft crew (as seen on picture).
